Dragrace Tournament - Multiplayer twitch game
How to play:
The Dragrace Tournament takes the heart pumping
action of our normal Dragrace game and offers it in a
bracketed tournament! Unlike the normal game of
Dragrace (where you'll play one other opponent for
the win or loss), the tournament version challenges
you to win against multiple opponents before you can
be declared winner and tournament champ! You may
eek out a win in the first round, but do you have what
it takes to snatch victory away from that rabid
Dragrace addict in the second round?
Like our normal game of Dragrace, you'll need to
enter your name and a password. Tournaments
normally run once every half hour, but check the
tourney times that are posted on the sign-in screen
for any time changes. A timer on that same sign-in
page counts down the minutes until you are eligible to
enter. When a tourney opens, press submit and
you're in! From there you can sweat it out, or meet
your fellow Dragrace Tournament players in the Chat
lounge.
Chat away, but keep an eye on that tournament
bracket, and your opponent, otherwise you may miss
your game! Once the tournament begins, you'll be
matched up with your first opponent.
Once you have your opponent, the dual screen loads
the image. The puzzle on the left is yours to solve.
The puzzle on the right lets you see every move your
opponent makes. You have 10 seconds to see what
the complete image looks like. When the timer hits
zero, the image scrambles. Click on a piece and drag
it to where you think it belongs. When you release
your mouse button, the selected pieces will switch
places. The first person to unscramble the entire
image wins the game. If you and your opponent take
several minutes to complete the puzzle, the game may
be called and a random winner chosen.
Tease them, taunt them, just win! If you don't, you're
out of the tournament. March back to the chat lounge
to sulk in defeat or leave the game altogether by
hitting the "quit" button. Ah, but if you win it's on to
the second bracket! Keep winning and you'll keep
moving up. Win the championship round, and you'll
be declared the tournament winner! Print the screen
and put it on the fridge for Mom to see, she'll be so
proud. Don't get too smug though, there will be
another tournament opening soon. Can you defend
your hard earned title?
If you can recreate the initial image before the clock
runs out, you win.
